Can't fall asleep
Feel like throwing up so badly
Hypocount readings high the whole trip
First day back today and the readings plunged all the way back down
Then missed dinner time and shot back up to a 23
Reed was stained twice today
Half covered in red
The first time laoshi exclaimed and made me gulp down water
The second time was silently wiped away to not attract attention
Need to wake up at 3.30
Long day tomorrow
